Salem Software Inc. is a software testing and verification company headquartered in the beautiful Elora Gorge area, near Toronto Canada. Formed in the mid-eighties, the firm specializes in the use of IBM's TPNS (Teleprocessing Processing Network Simulator) and its application in regression and performance testing of SNA and TCP/IP applications.

TPNS, together with our productivity toolkit, allows us to build you a test environment capable of simulating TCP/IP, TN3270, LU2(3270), LU0, LU6.2, X.25, Frame Relay, Ethernet, TokenRing, ALC and MSC/ISC traffic. In addition to testing CICS, IMS, and DB2; we have used TPNS to test ORACLE 8i Servers, UNIX/AIX servers, OS/2 servers, X.25 PADs, Stratus FEP's, Honeywell and Unisys mainframes.
