- Telnet 3270 clients on a TCP/IP network
- FTP over a TCP/IP network
- SNA logical units as VTAM application programs
- Token-Ring Network resources
- Ethernet V2 and IEEE 802.3 resources
- LU6.2 APPC/APPN including CPI-C
- X.25 PVC and SVC networks and resources
- ISC , MSC Links and ALC terminals
- Frame relay equipment
- SNA resources including terminals, subareas and domains
Running a Simulation
- Start the application to be tested and then TPNS
- TPNS will simulate terminals which will connect to the application
- Application does not know that there are no real terminals
